What payment options do I have?

Payments are conducted via bank transfer and are to be made monthly in advance. Enjoy a 20% discount when you pay for 12 months upfront.

How do I receive my mail?

* You have the choice of receiving your mail either as a free digital scan via email or
* Through mail forwarding, where we are happy to send your original letters to you once a week (postage fees apply).We strongly recommend all our clients to make use of the mail forwarding service offered by Deutsche Post, which costs 50 € for a 12-month period. This way, you will receive your mail at your preferred address on the same day we would receive it here. Note that letters from public institutions often aren't forwarded, so we will scan these and send them to you via email free of charge.

Will the authorities accept the virtual office as an official address for my company?

Yes. Utilizing the Virtual Office as your business headquarters generally won't pose any issues with tax office recognition since you have the opportunity to work and store essential documents at our coworking space. However, other factors are critical:If a company uses our virtual business address in Berlin but the managing director permanently works from a home office in another city, the tax office at the director's place of residence is principally responsible. For trade registry entries and the entire external presentation, using Kollwitzstr. 76 as the address is perfectly acceptable, as long as the virtual business address is listed as the business address and the home address is used as the place of business management on the tax registration questionnaire.

What is the minimum term time?

The contract has a minimum duration of 6 months, and after this period, you can terminate with 3 months' notice.

Can I use the virtual office as a physical office too?

You are welcome to visit. However, the availability of space cannot be guaranteed and additional charges will apply. Please contact us if you plan to work from here so that we can discuss all the details.
